How to confirm the order

You must be logged in as an Operator Dashboard user to confirm the order. 

There are two ways to change the status to Confirmed:

The first way is to click the order Status tab and toggle the Confirmed switch

The second way is to click the order Status tab and set the Confirmed Dispatch Time to let the kitchen know when they must prepare the order. 

The order will get the Confirmed status automatically. 

This function can be disabled in your Domain settings of the Admin Panel if needed:
