How to assign the new order to a courier

You must be logged in as an Operator Dashboard user to assign an order to a courier. 

To assign a courier, click the order, navigate to the Order Details tab, and tap the Add+ button. Scroll down to the Courier section and click it to select a courier from the drop-down list of available couriers. 

You can also select the Pick-up option if the customer prefers to collect the order at the location or the Dine-in option for on-premise dining sales. You can also add new couriers by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu:
