You must be logged in as an Operator Dashboard user to set the "Change for" amount for the order.
To set the "Change for" the amount for the order, navigate to the Current Order column and type in the amount the courier must have the "Change for" when delivering the order.
The "Change for" amount will also be printed on the customer receipt.
