You must be logged in as an Operator Dashboard user to view the customer’s order history.
The order history shows the orders of the particular customer and appears immediately in the third column in the order editor once the customer’s phone number is entered. It shows the orders arranged from the most recent one to the oldest one.
You can click on the Details button to unfold the particular order details.
For each order, it shows the order number, date and delivery address, delivery times, ordered dishes, discount applied, and total amount alongside the payment method.
The order history helps the operator better understand the customer profile, making your upsales more effective.
