How to provide the Planned Dispatch Time to the operator from the Assembly Dashboard

You must be logged in as an Assembly Dashboard user to “assemble” dishes in the orders using the Assembly Dashboard.   

Your Assembly Dashboard shows all the orders you have to assemble now, including the orders that are not confirmed yet. These unconfirmed orders have question marks instead of Planned Dispatch Time.

Based on the current kitchen workload, you must provide the Planned Dispatch Time to the operator by tapping those question marks and picking the right time. This will allow the operator to provide the appropriate Estimated Delivery Time to the customer. In return, the operator will provide you with the Agreed Dispatch Time. This action assigns the Confirmed status to the order, and you will have to assemble the order by the Agreed Dispatch Time (not by Planned Dispatch Time). 

In case of an error or if you change your mind, you will have 30 seconds to correct the Planned Dispatch Time before submitting it to the Operator Dashboard.
