Watch this short video tutorial to learn how to create Assembly Dashboard works:
You must be logged in as an Assembly Dashboard user to “assemble” dishes in the orders using the Assembly Dashboard.
Your Assembly Dashboard shows all the orders you have to assemble at the moment, sorted by urgency, so the most urgent ones are shown on the top-left corner of your screen.
Each order you have to assemble is shown in the form of a card with the domain logo (in case you are assembling orders for multiple brands), order number, time the order has been received, the quantity of the ordered dishes (Ordered), the quantity of the ready to assemble dishes (Ready), and the quantity of the already assembled dishes (Assembled). There are also
time the order has to be delivered by (Deliver by), time the order has to be assembled and dispatched be (Dispatch by), the Planned Dispatch Time you have provided to the operator previously (Planned) with the time left (Time) for the order to be assembled (to dispatch).
Once you receive a dish from the cook and put it in the order bag, you have to mark this dish as assembled by clicking the corresponding order and then on the dish on the right-hand pane.
The assembly calculator will appear, where you can select the quantity of the portions you’ve just assembled. You can also minus some portions in case of a mistake.
Once the order is fully assembled, you can print the customer receipt, and the order will be grayed out and moved to the end of the list.
