You must be logged in as a Recipe Editor user to edit the dish ingredients.

Select a dish to edit from the left pane to open it in the editor on the right. Click the plus button in the Ingredients section, enter its name and set the net and gross weights. You can select an ingredient from a drop-down list that forms based on previously entered records. Also, you can edit any ingredient in the table and its net/gross weights. To delete an ingredient from the table, simply click on the X button on the left. The weight of the dish is adjusted automatically once you add ingredients and their net weights. All the changes in the ingredients are saved automatically.
