How to find out the length of average dispatch delays

You must be logged in as a Reports & Analytics Dashboard user to view the length of average dispatch delays.

Click on the time frame picker, next to Analytics, and select the desired date range. Wait a second for the data to calculate and review the average Dispatch Delays tab. You can click on the tab to see the line chart showing the average Dispatch Delays dynamics over that period of time. Also, if you have multiple brands/domains, you can click the appropriate segment on the Brand Share circular diagram to find out the average Dispatch Delays of that particular brand’s orders.
