How to find out the time it takes, on average, to deliver orders

You must be logged in as a Reports & Analytics Dashboard user to view how long it takes, on average, to deliver orders.

Click on the time frame picker, next to Analytics, and select the desired date range. Wait a second for the data to calculate and review the Average Delivery Time tab. You can click on the tab to see the line chart showing the Average Delivery Time dynamics over that period of time. Also, if you have multiple brands/domains, you can click the appropriate segment on the Brand Share circular diagram to find out the Average Delivery Time of that particular brand’s orders.
