How to find out how long it takes, on average, for the operator to confirm orders with customers

You must be logged in as a Reports & Analytics Dashboard user to view how long it takes, on average, for the operator to confirm orders with customers.

Click on the time frame picker, next to Analytics, and select the desired date range. Wait a second for the data to calculate and review the Average Time to Confirm tab. You can click on the tab to see the line chart showing the Average Time to Confirm dynamics over that period of time. Also, if you have multiple brands/domains, you can click the appropriate segment on the Brand Share circular diagram to find out the Average Time to Confirm of that particular brand’s orders.
